Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton. Authorization numbers are available from the main office. Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returns to be credited to your account. Custom made displays are non-returnable. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.
